BOOT CAMP
Our LAST BOOT CAMP SESSION of 2008 will begin August 25th and will run for four weeks, ending on September 17th. We will meet twice a week on Monday and Wednesday from 5-6pm.
Expect to work hard and feel the burn! Our Boot Camp work outs are tough but fun at the same time. Those who have participated in previous Boot Camp sessions have really enjoyed being outdoors doing different exercises than they're used to doing inside the fitness center.
To be a part of this Boot Camp program you must be able to jog. Also, you must have some basic knowledge of exercises because it will be difficult to personally assist you with every single exercise during the work out. Please know that help is available at all times for anyone who needs it.
Register by Wednesday, August 20th.
