Our group exercise classes last for one hour. During the circuit training work out we alternate between cardiovascular exercise and strength training exercises in short intervals. The class schedule shows the date and time of the class, as well as specifying if it's a total body work out, an upper body work out or a lower body work out.
Classes are included with membership to Thorp Fitness. Simply view the schedule then contact us via email or phone call to sign up for any classes you would like to take. Maximum of 6 people allowed per class. Please click on the class you are interested in to see how many spots are still available.
