Our group exercise classes are FREE for members of Thorp Fitness. You will spend the one-hour class alternating between cardiovascular exercise and strength training exercises in short, timed intervals. The class schedule below shows the date and time of the class as well as specifying if it's a total body work out, an upper body work out or a lower body work out.
